Reading Room is an exciting addition to the highly respected and mainstream website, Newsroom. A new post is published four-five days a week, consisting of reviews, stories, essays, poetry, fiction, and a best-seller chart – all of it New Zealand content.

The Reading Room addresses the steadily diminishing coverage of NZ books and authors. Its literary editor's goals for Reading Room is to make it a must-read for the literary sector – as well as appeal to a general audience - with strong writing and a diverse range of contributors.
