Reading Room Essay Series

A series of essays by Māori, Pasifika, and Asian writers will appear in Reading Room, the books section of highly respected and mainstream website Newsroom, throughout 2020. New Zealand literature needs to acknowledge the diversity of races and cultures in Aotearoa, and the essays will explore the insights and experiences of people of colour who have made New Zealand their home.
